Longitudinal seam series tooling is mainly used for inner and outer longitudinal seam welding of medium and thin-walled cylinders, and can be equipped with welding tooling of PAW, TIG, MIG/MAG. It is suitable for welding carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys, titanium and its alloys, etc., and can be used for materials such as food machinery, dyeing and finishing equipment, power switch busbar barrels, medical machinery, special chemical containers, power pipelines, and air conditioning units. It can be used for welding of products such as body and other products, and can increase the height of such longitudinal seam tooling and add safety protection devices according to the specific conditions of the workpiece. The welding process is reliable and efficient, and the entire welding process is program-controlled.
The longitudinal seam welding system can also be divided into inner longitudinal seam and outer longitudinal seam welding system according to customer requirements.
